Job Description:
- Strong experience in Jira administration and implementation (install, configure, migrate and manage any Atlassian site)
- Preferred to have at least ACP-620 , ACP-120 or ACP-420
- Experience with the SDLC life cycle
- Good Knowledge of agile project framework (Scrum master certificate is preferred) to align Jira with agile business goals
- Good knowledge of IT service desk processes and best practices.
- Strong presentation Skills as the Position involves some interfacing with customers
- Experience in Requirements Gathering and Documentation
- Preferred to have LDAP integration experience
- Mid-junior level (2-4 years of experience)
