Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial statements and reports;
- Assist in the design and preparation of budgets for review by management;
- Perform variance analyses and prepare account reconciliations;
- Maintain the general ledger, prepare tax returns and assist with audit preparations;
- Prepare revenue projections and forecast expenditure;
- Review and manage accounts payable and receivable;
- Review and analyze financial data and create reports on financial status based on the analysis results;
- Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets;
- Perform monthly balance sheet, income statement and changes in financial budget;
- Assist with annual audit preparations;
- Perform other accounting duties and support junior staff as required or assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance;
- 5-7 years of accounting experience;
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is a plus;
- Working knowledge of tax laws;
- Strong financial analysis skills;
- Ability to train and manage staff;
- Ability to work with little to no supervision;
- Highly detail-oriented and organized;
- Ability to meet a constant stream of deadlines;
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
