- +2 years’ experience;
- Degree in Computer Science, Management Information System, or in a related field;
- Proven work experience as a technical support engineer;
- Knowledge of SOAP web services and REST APIs;
- Knowledge of Linux OS;
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues;
- Familiarity with help desk software (preferable Jira Service Management);
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Don’t mind traveling working with our client across the region.
- Knowledge of IBM products;
- Knowledge of containers.
Education & Experience: 2+ years of business-facing, IT experience in Telecom or Banking environment, with a degree in an IT-related discipline.
