We are looking for a highly experienced Agile Coach to drive Agile excellence within banking environments. The successful candidate will provide guidance and mentorship to teams and leaders, ensuring the consistent adoption of Agile best practices.
This role will focus on coaching teams, facilitating continuous improvement, and ensuring adherence to Agile ceremonies and frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles and practices
- Ensure adherence to Agile ceremony best practices
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Support organizational Agile transformation initiatives
- Mentor Scrum Masters and Agile teams to enhance performance
Requirements:
- 10+ years of professional experience, including significant experience in Agile coaching
- Previous experience within the banking sector
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and scaling methodologies
- Excellent leadership, facilitation, and coaching skills
