We are looking for a skilled Mid-Level BI & Database Developer to join our Data team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining database solutions, building ETL pipelines, and delivering insightful dashboards and reports that support business decision-making.
You will work with technologies such as SQL Server, SSIS, Power BI, and IBM Cognos Analytics, contributing to the design and optimization of data systems while ensuring performance, accuracy, and reliability.Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize SQL Server databases, T-SQL queries, and stored procedures
- Build and maintain ETL pipelines using SSIS for data integration across multiple sources
- Develop interactive Power BI dashboards and data models, including DAX calculations
- Create and manage reports using IBM Cognos Analytics
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and performance optimization across systems
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable BI solutions
Required Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in BI and database development
- Strong expertise in SQL Server and T-SQL
- Hands-on experience with SSIS ETL development
- Solid experience in Power BI (dashboards, DAX, data modeling)
- Working knowledge of IBM Cognos Analytics
