We are looking for a dynamic Software Presales Specialist to join our team in Amman. The ideal candidate will have experience working with globally recognized software vendors and a strong ability to align technology solutions with customer business needs.
In this role, you will collaborate with sales and technical teams to support the sales cycle through solution presentations, demonstrations, and proposal development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team by providing technical and functional expertise
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for clients
- Work closely with global software vendors and internal stakeholders
- Assist in preparing proposals, BoQs, and solution documentation
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in a Presales or similar customer-facing technical role
- Experience working with international software vendors
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to understand customer challenges and translate them into technology solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
